Together with my colleagues we deliver accredited training course „Coaching in the workplace“, for leaders, human resource managers and internal coaches. We also provide smaller workshop series „Coaching style leadership” for managers, sales representatives and others. We support teams through team coaching, individual coaching and soft skill trainings. We’ve been working together for over 10 years now and support businesses to implement coaching culture into their leadership environment. We operate in 2-3 coaches team in group and team settings and provide robust support in between the training sessions (peer coaching, group supervision, action learning, individual and group mentoring). Our trainings and workshops are mostly experiential and participants benefit with resolving their own issues. We provide our services in person, online in the Slovak and English language.
